    跳槽是一件比跳舞还容易上瘾的事情

    因为个别同志临时请假，昨天晚上难得有空闲 - 虽然心不甘情不愿，好歹仍把简历拾掇拾掇又发了一圈。
     
    我决定再次跳槽。
     
    上午十点Xerox来电话。问有没有意图搬到悉尼去，有个职位“非常适合”我。
     
    -- 心想，这回跳大了...
     
    遂婉拒。
     
    Epson和Brother都立马回了信说对不起暂时没空缺，但是有的话马上通知我。
     
    我觉得是时候脱离顶着个“XX国际”名称的中小型跨省企业了，不是据说人往高处走不容易得血压高么。
     
    虽然心下对这个才呆了仨礼拜的公司有点愧疚 - 一般此类心情只适合证明自己是个多么重情重义的人啊。这等岁数，没那么多资历，只好在一个行业里呆下去。辛苦积累起来的经验，扔掉了，就好比把走过的路又重新走一遍。没有意义，浪费时间，更何况，浪费不起了。
     
    等着我关于新槽的好消息吧！

    能跳槽就是本事。但是不在一个地方呆下去至少三年，你是不会有所斩获的。这是所谓“滚石不生苔”。记得王永庆先生说过凡事都是“一年摸出门道，三年必有成效”。当然要紧的是找到你喜欢的专业和公司。另外值得提醒各位的是不要把兴趣和能力划等号，要知道你有什么能力可以干好什么比我有什么兴趣我愿意干什么更重要，因为羽翼未丰的小燕子手里有多少和人家讲价的砝码呀？
